"We had 2 days to find and make an offer on a house (with our almost 3 toddler). Yajaira was there for us from the start, before the hunting began. She was very timely and prompt. She listend to our wants, needs, and concerns and turned it in to a quick and stress free house buying experience. She was not afraid to stand up for us during negotiations. She took on the roll as realtor concierge to a "T" from having some fun things to occupy our little one on hand to being available during early morning to late evenings. She knew her territory well, and explained the whole process from documents to questions in a way that can be understood by anyone. She was there before, during, and after to make sure the transition was as easy as it could be for us. I cannot say enough about Yajaira, and she will be our go to in the future."

For me personally- it was imperative that I sell my home in a specific timeline because I had to move to a new state. With Yajaira's awesome marketing plan and dedication, I sold my home in just a few months, making my home the first to sell in that section of the neighborhood in over a year (with many still sitting on the market, I might add)!! I cannot explain the relief that I felt and how grateful I am to her for making me feel like a priority and working so hard.
